You have to find everything on this list throughout the net and then post it here. You can't post the same things as anyone else (first poster had it easy)! The person with the least amount of things does not move on to the next round. The rest will move on to the #2 scavenger hunt. The round ends after we have at least 4 entries Good luck! *Scavenger List* #1 a photo of a horned toad #2 a frog smilie face (not one used here) #3 a link to a frog website (other than Frog City ) #4 a link to a site with info about a frog jumping contest #5 an animated gif of a jumping frog #6 a drawing of an iguana #7 a photo of calcium for dusting crickets #8 a photo of a firebellied toad #9 a link to a caresheet of red eyed treefrogs #10 a site where you can get a frog e-mail adress

Welcome to the Contests section. Here you can join in on contests and even start your own!
Contest ideas-
writing contests poetry contests blend challenges scavenger hunts photo contests
and anything else you can think of.
There are a few different ways to hold contests. You can have something where one person is disqualified each round until you have the winner or you can have one person win each round. You can also hold polls to vote for the winner or you can judge it yourself.
Rules-
#1 If you are judging a contest you can not be entered in it.
#2 You must have an ending date for your contest and your poll if you start one to decide the winner. Otherwise if you don't people may start holding the poll open until they win.
#3 If your deadline or you see the deadline to someeones contest or poll going over send me a pm and I will close it for you.
#4 You must play for. You can vote for yourself but please if you do make sure you really do think it is the best.
#5 Have fun!

Hi. I don't know if your frog is sick or was just born that way. Either way, there's not much you can do. You can only wait to see how he turns out. He could turn out fine. There have been cases of frogs born without a leg, with extra heads (lol), and they've been fine.
About him not developing his legs yet. If these really are bullfrog tadpoles it can take up to three years, so don't worry too much.
Best of luck with your tadpoles! I hope he's okay.

No sand. They might breath that in too. I don't think that would be very good. You should probably set up an aquarium with aquarium rocks at the bottom, natural colors. You can get them at petsmart or usually any pet store for a fairly cheap price. A pump is good. There's not much you need to know. Don't let it get to cold or too hot. But, if they're in a room that has a pretty natural or constant temperature I wouldn't worry. The raising tadpole page on the main site will give you details on what they eat. An all water aquarium should be good, but when they start to grow their front legs I would make a mountain with the rocks (more rightly called pebbles) to have some land. That's all I can think of for now... There aren't many good sites out there. The only really worth while one is allaboutfrogs.org but I don't recall them having any info on bullfrogs. I kept bullfrogs for a long while though. I had one live to be a small adult frog, then I released it. It's hard though and it's not uncommon for them not to make it through thei whole tadpole cycle so don't worry if you loose a few along the way. Things go wrong a lot and they are too small to handle it. Anyways, good luck with them! They're lots of fun to watch grow!

Great! Sounds like they're healthy so far. I wouldn't mix the goldfish and the tadpoles. It's definently possible that having them live in each others water could cause problems. How big is the tank they're in? Do you have a filtering system in it? Also, once the frogs are grown and start eating, they will probably eat the goldfish.
