I'm sorry for my late response. Is it still like this? How is the frog doing? Also, was it like this when you got the frog?
And do you know if it's a male or a female? I have never heard of or seen anything like this in frogs. But if it is a female it might be possible that it is eggs but it is having trouble or possible that it is constipated. Otherwise, see if you can find a good exotics vet. It could be something a lot more serious.

Merry Meet all! I'm new here and have a question about my bullfrog. It has what looks like inards coming out of it's butt area. It looks very much like soft tissue coming from an opening. The opening isn't a bite or anything like that, there isn't any blood, it's just a hole in the rear end of the frog with about 1/4 of an inch of this red tissue exposed/hanging out. Any ideas? Any help would surely be appritiated. Thanks.

Your frogs look really healthy.
I'd forgotten about that old post above. I finally figured out what my lizard was. He was a brown anole/bahaman anole. He died not long ago though. But I had him for several years.
